Metrobus, EMBARQ and CTS-Mexico’s Bus Rapad Transit (BRT) project in the Mexican capital, has received high rankings from users for a third year in a row, according to the results of a new study. “The survey shows that commuters keep giving this mode of transport a high score and it also shows areas that can be improved for Metrobus to reach an even higher quality of service,” Adriana Lobo, the Director of CTS-Mexico, explained. 89% of the users surveyed said that Metrobus drivers drive well. In addition, 87% described the service as fast, a complement in a city notorious for gridlock and long commuting times.
